LI3 Media provides Stream Clip AI to help users upload videos and generate short clips. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for content you have the right to upload and process.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. You agree not to share access to your account or use the service for unlawful activity.
You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you give LI3 Media permission to process the content only for the purpose of providing the clip generation service.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription prices and billing periods are shown during checkout. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you believe there was a billing issue.
You may not use Stream Clip AI to upload, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Video processing may occasionally fail due to technical issues or unsupported files.
LI3 Media is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or other losses resulting from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
